Crofts Davies & Co have developed working relationships with many of the legal firms in Cardiff that carry out conveyancing in order that any problems that may arise can be dealt with quickly and efficiently. These might include assisting with some aspects of pre-contract enquiries, or drawing plans which identify the site or plans of the property itself.  We can also help arrange dates for completion and arrange access for work between exchange of contracts and completion. We have good contacts with several firms of solicitors and are always pleased to recommend.

Sellers Packs: Now that HIP packs are required for all four and three bedroom properties we have set up a link with a local search company to put these together for our clients as part of our sales package.  The required Energy Performance Certificate is carried out by a local Domestic Energy Assessor and is part of the pack.  Once complete the packs are available for interested parties to study either in paper form, or if required on a CD.
